Red Ribbon Week
Oct 23-31, 2026
What is it?
Red Ribbon Week is a national campaign encouraging students and families to make healthy, drug-free choices. At Raymond, the PTA partners with the school to help teach children about staying safe and making positive decisions.
Why it matters
This week gives families, teachers, and our community dedicated time to talk about the dangers of drugs and reinforce healthy habits. It helps students understand that choosing to be drug-free is an act of leadership and courage.
How You Can Help!
We need 1-2 volunteers to help set up red ribbons and decorations around campus before the week begins, plus 1-2 volunteers during school hours to greet the vendor on campus and serve as our PTA representative. The vendor handles all activities, we just need someone available in case support is needed. Specific dates and times will be shared as we get closer.
